Hey Crafters!
Melted yet? I am hanging out in my studio Beatin' the Heat! I have created a sympathy card for a friend. Her mother had a wonderful long life and has now been called by the Highest to join Him. We will miss her. I am hoping this little token will bring Barbara comfort.
I used the Field Flowers stamp set that I Love, Love, Love! It is a two step stamp set that I stamped with More Mustard and then the second one is Cajun Craze. The Cafe Comfort designer paper is so beautiful and I just love the warm colors. Being an ink fanatic I sponged Sahara Sand over the image and then dipped the edges in Early Expresso! - Thanks to those that attended the Stamp Out the Heat event we now have all the new stamp pads to play with. Thank you guys for supporting me! We have so much fun.
Okay so it is not July anymore - but We are going to make the Christmas Ornament from the front of the Holiday Catalog. A lot of my customers have reported that they have not received their Holiday Catalog yet. I called Stampin Up and they are sending out a new one to each of my customers today! Thanks Stampin Up - we don't know what happened to the others. Since the others are sent bulk and these will be sent regular mail - watch them both come at the same time! Double Trouble I tell you!
Next stamping event is Saturday, Aug. 11th. My house, from 1 - 3 might be 4 cuz I understand once you get started making these ornaments - you don't want to stop! Those of us that have the Reason to Smile Set will bring 7 cards if you want to swap. I can't wait till you see all the new goodies in the new catalog!
Ta Ta for NOW - Real JOB is calling!
Ink it Up a Little!
Lori
